1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original condition (unused, unaltered, and undamaged) with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
- The item must be purchased directly through Humaro.xyz (we cannot accept returns for items purchased through third-party vendors).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used earphones, headphones, and other personal audio equipment.
- Gift cards, software, or downloadable content.
If an item has been damaged during shipping, please refer to the Damaged or Defective Items section below.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at admin@humaro.xyz with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is received, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange a product, please first initiate a return, and then place a new order for the item you’d like to receive.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and availability of the product.
6. Restocking Fees
Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% if they are returned in used or opened condition, or if the return is not due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product).
7. International Returns
For international orders, please note the following:
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or import taxes.
- Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
